Lee Parker
Having built up a strong project management foundation within financial services, Lee moved into the public sector in 2005 and established himself as an innovative and influential commissioner at Hertfordshire County Council, leading departments to work more efficiently to improve services and outcomes.
Since 2013 Lee has been providing strategic and operational expertise within social care and social housing to a number of organisations across the country, using his vast network to ensure products and knowledge are shared for optimum results.
A football fanatic, a keen snooker player, and a foodaholic, Lee is happiest when spending quality time with his family and friends, and dog Cooper.
Adam Mansell
Adam has spent the vast majority of his career managing services for adults with complex needs.
In 2015 Adam transferred his operational experience to drive business development with local and national organisations across social care and social housing, providing vital sector knowledge to enhance the products being offered.
Adam joined The Barnet Group as a non-Exec Director in 2019 and sits on the board of the in-house care provider.
A season ticket holder at Stevenage FC and bass guitarist for his band, Adam enjoys socialising with family and friends and shooting hoops with his son.
